Your Journey, Your Story, with Russ Ruffino

Blog / February 1, 2016

How did you get where you are today? How do you share this experience with others? How does your life experience influence your business ventures?

Russ Ruffino wants you to know that he has been where you are. He’s been back there, behind the bar. It sucked to be a bartender. It sucked to work without any thanks.  So he feels your pain! And he feels the pain of the customer.

At some point, something happen to force you out of your pain and inspire change.

Are you ready to plot out your journey? What is the essence of your plan? Russ wants people to listen to you and help you be the authority in your field. Discovering your crisis point and solution is only the first step in the process. It’s different for everyone, but establishing this steps and what they may signal for you will surprise you.

Crisis Point

The first Star Wars begins with Obi Wan finding Luke Skywalker and encouraging him to join the fight of the Jedis. Luke is hesistant. He wants to stay home and help out on the family moisture farm on Tattooine.  But suddenly – his parents are killed. This is Luke’s crisis point. He is ready to join Obi Wan and the rebels. He’s ready for the journey.

Russ got in a huge fight with his manager and visited a friend with a much cooler job. He quit immediately! But the usual habits won’t work. There are no typical solutions to losing weight, changing your perspective, or changing your life. You will stumble upon the solution.

The Solution

The solution is a magical moment that finds you and works for you. Russ went into a Barnes & Noble and found a book about selling items online.

Will the solution work?

You are skeptical and you feel like this because your customers are still skeptical.  Once you try it, you’ll find that you get an incredible result. So let the results work and then come back and fuel the process!
