Success Happens

Clients on Demand | Russ RuffinoSuccess happens in the mind first.

This weekend I had the honor of hosting the members of the Millionaire Alliance – our highest-level mastermind – at my cliffside home in Laguna Beach.

I had seen that moment in my mind a million times before it ever happened. I had looked out at the view from my balcony and seen the waves crashing on the rocks again and again before I ever set foot in that house for real.

And I’ve heard the voices of my clients telling me about their wins, their victories, and their $100,000+ months long before that money shows up in their bank accounts.

To be a leader or a great coach, you have to see the perfection that’s not there yet. You have to see things as you want them to be, not as they are. And you have to stay faithful to that vision, even when others are calling you crazy.

You were not put on this Earth to lose. You were born to win, to conquer, and to succeed. And doing that means creating the exact image of the future you want every day, and living your way into it.

Got the best compliment of my life this weekend. Client threw his arm around my shoulder and said, “I’ve been in this guy’s mastermind for 2 years…he’s done everything he ever said he was going to do.” That is the best thing anyone has ever said to me.

At every moment, you are either making decisions from your current reality of lack and limitation, or from the reality of the person you want to be. Anyone can visualize for 20 minutes a day, but when you start making decisions as though the future you’ve been chasing is real NOW, that’s when the world starts to pay attention.
